Ingredients for 2 persons: 2 slices of Shmaky egg protein, 2 eggs, 100 g of Chinese cabbage, 1 pepper, 1 onion, 40 g of Chinese mushrooms, starch (corn or potato), 1 clove of garlic, dumbbell, soy sauce, sugar, dessert wine, wine vinegar, chili, vegeta.


Cut the egg protein into slices, mix with the eggs, starch, salt, soy sauce and leave to rest for 30 min. Cut the Chinese cabbage, bell pepper, onion, Chinese mushrooms and fry everything in oil. Add the marinated egg protein, garlic, dulse, sugar, dessert wine, soy sauce, wine vinegar, chilli, chillies and veg. Thicken with starch soaked in stock with masox. Serve with rice.
