Ingredients for 2 persons: 2 slices of Egg Protein Shmaks, 1 large onion, oil (fat) for frying, a knob of butter, 4 tbsp of strong broth 1 tsp of vegeta, dried or fresh celery and parsley (to your taste).
Place the salted slices in slightly heated oil and slowly fry on both sides. Separate some of the oil to fry the chopped onions until golden, pour in the broth, let fry a little, add the veggies and the spinach, simmer briefly, set aside, add the butter and pour over the fried, properly heated slices. Serve on preheated plates with toast, or fresh white or dark bread, accompanied by lettuce, radish, kohlrabi, or compote to taste.
