Ingredients for 2 persons: 2 slices of Egg Protein Shmaks, 100 g mushrooms, 1 onion, 1 tbsp plain flour, 2 tbsp oil, salt, ground white pepper, green parsley.
Prepare a light onion spread, which we dilute with broth. Add the cleaned and chopped mushrooms, season with salt and pepper and boil. Slice the egg white and let it warm through whole or cut into noodles and serve with the sauce garnished with green parsley.
