Ingredients for 2 persons: 2 slices of Egg Protein Shmaky, 200 g English bacon or sausage, 2 large onions, 1 tsp sweet paprika, 2 tbsp tomato puree, 20 g chicken broth.
Fry the chopped bacon and sliced (2 x 3 cm) slices of egg protein, add the onion and fry until golden brown. Pour in the broth from the broth, add tomato puree and paprika. Simmer briefly, season (maybe hot pepper), or thicken with bread crumbs. Serve pasta, bread or rice as a side dish.
