Ingredients for 2 persons: 160 g spaghetti, 1,5 slices of Egg Protein Shmaky, 1 onion, 4 tbsp oil, 100 g tomato puree, 40 g ketchup, 100 g hard cheese (Eidam), salt.
Boil the spaghetti in salted water. Sauté onion in oil, add tomato puree and simmer. Cut the egg protein into smaller cubes, add and season with ketchup. Sprinkle with grated Eidam and garnish with green parsley.
