Ingredients for 2 persons: 200 g rice, 2 tbsp oil, 1,5 slices of Egg Protein Shmaky, 50 g sterilized peas, 50 g sterilized corn, 150 g cooked carrots, 2 tbsp butter, salt and pepper, green parsley.
Fry the rice in oil, cover with water and simmer. Cut the egg protein into cubes, add to the rice together with the vegetables, season with salt and pepper, mix with butter and garnish with green parsley.
