Ingredients for 2 persons: 2 slices of Egg Protein Shmaky, oil for frying, Packaging: 100 g plain flour, 1 egg, 1 clove of garlic, mustard, light beer, salt, pepper.

Whisk a whole egg, pressed garlic into the beer, season with pepper, salt and mustard. Stir in the flour and thicken so that the slices go well soaked while the wrapper sticks well to the slice (thin by adding beer). Cut the slices into pieces about 2 x 4 cm, dip in the prepared batter and fry dipped in oil or in a frying pan on both sides.

When preparing the batter, you can replace the garlic with another ingredient (e.g. soy sauce, curry, barbecue seasoning, vegeta), or you can combine the batters, or just leave the salt and season the individual pieces directly. This will make it possible to achieve a variety of tastes of individual pieces.

As a side dish, mashed potatoes, bread, savoury pastries, potato or vegetable salad are suitable.
