Ingredients for 2 persons: 2 slices of Egg Protein Shmaky, 100 g pasta, 4 tomatoes, basil, 3 tsp olive oil, salt and pepper.

Cut the shmaks into cubes and fry lightly in a little oil and over a medium heat. Put the pasta in salted boiling water and cook it. Drain the water after boiling. Cut the tomatoes into cubes. Mix with olive oil, add salt, pepper, basil and toasted egg protein. In a bowl, mix everything with the cooked pasta and serve.
