Ingredients for 2 persons: 2 slices of Egg Protein Shmaky, 100 g of zucchini, 100 g of mushrooms, 100 g of nevi, 1 small onion, 100 g of mayonnaise (light), 100 g of white yoghurt, lemon juice, curry spices.

In one bowl, mix egg protein cubes, zucchini, mushrooms and onion. In a second bowl, whisk together the light mayonnaise, white yogurt, lemon juice and curry seasoning. Pour this mixture over the egg protein cubes and mix. Sprinkle with crumbled niva.
