Ingredients for 2 persons: 2 slices of Egg Protein Shmaks cut into pieces, 2 tbsp oil, 1 medium onion, 1 clove of garlic, 1 dl of strong meat broth (from masox), ½ cup ketchup or paprika puree, plain flour or bread crumbs for dusting, 1 tsp of vegeta or goulash seasoning, salt and pepper, hot pepper.

Fry the onion in oil until golden, add the sliced garlic, pour in half of the broth with a teaspoon of vegeta, let it boil for a while and then add the chopped egg protein, ketchup, salt, pepper and hot pepper. Bring to the boil, dilute with water and add the rest of the broth. Thicken with bread crumbs as needed. Cook quickly and briefly, because all the ingredients are ready and just need to reheat.
Almost anything can be served as a side dish – bread, chips, savoury pastries and if there is enough sauce,
and dumplings or rice.
