Ingredients for 2 persons: 200 g kale, 1 slice of Egg Protein Shmaky, 20 g bacon, 1 medium onion, 1 egg, 60 g breadcrumbs – as desired, 80 g oil, salt, ground black pepper.

Boil the kale in salted water. Fry the onion in the bacon. Grind the kale and egg protein in a meat grinder, add the egg, salt, ground black pepper and breadcrumbs if desired. Process everything into a mass, from which we make fritters and fry in oil.
